Anybody please help
I am on H1 and is till July 15th.
I am applying for jobs from Jan`2006 and no good luck till now as my subject is rare one.
My wife is processing her H1 by premium and asked me to process with her for H4.
Some said they might have money to hire me and they tell me in June.
If I go to H4 by premium and get H4 approval by June 1st week but have my previous H1 vaild till July 15th, Which visa I have of both.
If somebody offers me a job in June 2nd or 3rd week, can I transfer my H1 or do the process from H4 to H1.
What is the best way to go to protect my job and status.
Please help.
