My wife was previously on H1, she got laid off and changed to H4. Now she has been offered new job. Can she start working once the new H1 is filed (we get receipt notice), since it will be counted as H1 transfer?
I guess nobody replied to me.. but for general benefit I wanted to let everybody know that you can start working on gettng the receipt notice if you have held H1 status before.
