I go my H1 approved in Oct 2008, but never used it and never applied for SSN and got my status changed back to H4.
1.)My concern was in future if I want to go back to H1 will the quota system apply to me ?
2.) If that is not the case, will it just be transfer from H4 to H1b, considering I do not have any pay stubs as I never used the earlier H1B.
3.) Has anybody got there H1 approved like this in the past, please reply.
