H1/H4 Extension -- should i revoke h4 extn?

Hi

I have applied for my H1 and my wife's H4 extension last week.

Prior to this my wife applied for her H1 and i have applied for her h4 extension also thinking that her H1 might not get approved.

But I came to know that her H1 got approved a month back itself.
Since her H1 got approved do i need to revoke her H4 extension
which i filed recently and yet to be approved?

What would be my options?

U have to revoke the H4 - since if the H4 gets approved her status will be H4 and not H1.

The last approved visa determines the valid status.
 
A letter to BCIS, but BCIS might go ahead and issue H4 anyway.
Best is to go out of country get the H1 stamp, this way you can ignore the results of any pending applicaitons with BCIS.
