H1->H4 approved, less than 1 month

I happened to check the online status of my H1->H4 application and it's approved today.
Center: VSC
MD: 9/13
RD: 9/16
ND: 9/21
AD: 10/15

On 10/7, I mailed my H1 pay stubs to them because I forgot to put it in the original package. I don't know if they have used it or not.

Sigh, Hoped other important stuffs like 140 and 485 would be as comparably fast as this.
 
original checklist:

I539 form
current I94 (front&back)
passport page
spouse's I129, I129W, 5039 Form (for filing H1)
spouse's H1 approval notice (front&back)
marriage certificate & english translation & english notary
money order ($140)

later, I mailed my last 3 months pay stubs.
