H1/H4/AP question

I-140 approved. I-485 RD July 03.
I am working on EAD since Dec 03.
My H1-B six years expired in Dec 03.

1. The H1-B visa stamping in my passport has an expiry date of May 05. Can I travel using this visa?

2. My spouse's H4 visa stamping in her passport also has an expiry date of May 05. Can she travel on this visa?

You are working on EAD, so H1 is void. You CANNOT travel using H1. You need to get AP.

Both needs to have AP before travelling.

Sam is right. Using EAD invalidates H1B.
