Quick question , any replies appreciated . I came to US in 98 on company A\'s H1b . I then left A to work for B in Jan 2000 , and did a H1 transfer.I have not left the country and so the visa and I94 in my passport have expired. But company B visa and I94 no were valid till 2003. I have now filed for H1 transfer for company C and awaiting a reply. Some one told me since the I94 in my passport had expired I was out of status. But my Company B h1b/ i-94 ( which isnt stamped ) was valid. Am I out of status?
