H1 from a new company

I'm on H4 visa and I would like to get h1.so my question is it possible to file and get H1 approval for a new startup company(less than a month old) where there are no employers.

Everything possible, if you approach the situation in right way.

Is the new start up have sufficent fund to meet operation expenses and pay your salary?

Is the New start up have any new project / contract signed with their clients? Do they have office, company is incorporated, State and Federal tax ids.

Even if you try to get H1, GC is not possible through this start up company unless the company runs profitablly and show +ve cash flow.
