H1 for Technical recruiting job

Hi All,

My wife was working as a SAP consultant for a company and now she took the position of Technical Recruiter with the same company. Now that company wants to file new H1 based on new profile. My question is does this new position of "Technical Recruiter" will create any problem for visa stamping in India?

Definitely yes in US consulate in India.
