H1 for Accountants - Help

Reposting: Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I passed CPA by AICPA in USA. I also have Bachelors in Commerce (3 years) and Masters in the same (2 years) from India.I got 5+ years of experience in acounting field. 4+ years of this is in India before I passed CPA exam and one year after passing the exam. Right now, I'm working as staff accountant in KPMG in middle east (for the past one year) . Would this be enough to process H1 as accountant? Anyone who has done this please help. You are eligible for h1, but obtaining the job and sponser is your responsibility and not ez.
The pay scale for CPA with no US experience is as low as 30K/year.

Only way, you can try through your present employer, who has US operation.
