Hello Everyone!!
I'm F1 student on OPT status(completed masters successfully), My OPT status is expiring on 25 JAN 2008.
My employer recentlt filed my H1B in Masters student category. But, the documents I submitted include
1. Passport xerox
2. Btech Certificates,SSC, Intermediate(+1 and +2)
3. I20 (which says im on opt)
4. EAD card( Employment auth card)
I didnt give any masters certificate or transcripts. Do you think USCIS people may raise a query or they may reject my case.
Please Help!
