H1 Fee

Hi,
Presently I am working for Company A and planning to change the employer to Company B. I will have to pay for the H1 transfer. My question is how much does it cost to apply for the H1 transfer and the attorney fee?
 
H1 transfer fee is approx $ 1150 (plus or minus $20).
Lawyers charge $500 - $1500.
Thus total expense is $1700 onwards.
If you pay more than $2000, you are paying too much

H1B fees have been decreased effective Oct 1st.

H1B fees is 130/-
Add 1000/- if you opt for premium
