Has anyone experienced painfully slow process regarding H1 extension at the VSC ? I have applied for my extension in March 7th, 05. It seems that they sent an RFE for an extra $1500 check that we paid in April and since then nothing .... their webpage is not even updated with the RFE .... I am wondering what is going on ....

Lawyer inquiry ....
GC23, I asked my lawyer to inquire with the VSC and she told me something I find hard to believe. I quote here "On Monday, my office will contact Immigration again (since we are limited as to the number of calls we may make on any one
case!)." I think this is B*** S*** .... how can they restrict the number of inquiry on any particular case ????
Then Yesterday she sent me the following "We got in touch with CIS this morning. They took additional information and are checking with the Service Center - they are supposed to get back to us in 30 days."
That looks like the same line they always give ... so no news there
Any way, I will keep you posted.

Mine is based on my previous employers labor
