H1 Extension

I just got my H1 extension. My current I-94 expired in June 04.
My New H1 is valid until 06/2007.

My question is :
Do I need to get my H1 stamp in order to continue my Job. Is it poosible for me to work next 3 years without stamping.


Please correct me if I am wrong. I only H1 Stamp if I need to travel outside US. Is this correct ?

You dont need H1 stamp for working . You must have got new I-94 valid till 6/2007 with your approval notice .

Only time u need H1 stamp is if you travel outside US and then want to reenter US .

(And by that time if you have valid Advance parole then you neednot even go for H1 stamping , you can enter on Advance parole and still work on H1 .)

---- you need H1 stamp to ENTER US, you dont need H1 stamp when you travel outside US
