VSC is approving June Cases, just now i heard by AVM.
This is one of my company's case.

I filed my H1 Extension on April 11th -- expired on 14th APril

still waiting.. no RFE nothing.

i have filed my 485 on Sept 26 2001.

They are processing may 27th cases for extension... my lawyer told me

Finally i got my h1 transfer GOT approved from VSC..EAC-02-200-XXXX.

My
Receipt Date MAY 28TH 2002,
AD SEPTEMBER 18TH 2002...

My next concern will there be problem
if go back to Chennai for Stamping..any thoughts??

How much time is really VSC taking in extending H1-B for another 6 years??

then why extension here are almost four months late?

these dates seem confusing. According to the processing times, the H1 transfer/extension should be current !!
