H1 extension question

I have one queston, if one person has EB3 +140 approved in company A during 6th/7th year of H1 , can he transfer to another company and do EB2 ?

if he ask another company B do EB2 +140 approved, can B do 3 years H1 for him when he is currently at 7th year H1?

I don't see a problem, if you can have EB2 PERm and I-140 approved from company B before your 7th year ends.

It may be better to get 3 year extension by using company A, and then sfer to company B. That gives a little more room get PERM and I-140 done by company B.
