H1 extension question please help

I have two questions on H1 extension...

1. I am going into 6th & final year, I have labor pending since 2003, so technically I entitled to get 7th year extension with the same company. While extending can I ask them to give me 2 years instead of 1 year because of the fee that I have to pay to extend every year?

2. What is the fee to extend H1 with the same company? Is it $2000+ for INS
