H1 extension .. Please please help

I'm on 7th year H1 which expires in April 2007. My current company filed my LC in 2003 and it is pending in Phily Backlog center
However our jobs will get eliminated and we will be out of work.

My question is If I can get a job with say a company B

1) When company B applies for transfer of H1 visa, till when I will get it.


2) Will I be able to get my 8th year h1 extension. Company B will also apply for Labor throgh PERM.

I have my current pending LC ( with my current company ) screen shots from Dept of Labor

Please answer this.

------------ if LC is pending more than 1 year i dont think PERM will take 1 year, but if your PERM gets approved and your employer file I-140 and you file I-485 you can get H1 extension

Why only till April 2007 but rather a whole year? Can you explain how you made that conclusion?
