HI,
My Current H1 is expring on June 25th 2006 , We applied for H1 extension. My 6 years is going finish by Jan 25th 2007. I have a GC labour pending with RD of 03/15/2004. When we applied for extension we asked for 1 and half years. But I got the Visa Until Jan 25th 2007 only, They did not give any explaination why they did not consider my Pending Labour? Any one has any idea why I got the visa until 25 Jan 2007 only.
I also cleared one more labour with PERM process in april 2006, I am planning to apply the I-140 this month. If my 1-140 gets processed by this December, Can I use the I-140 To apply for another extension?
