H1 extension. Employer sued for frauds.

I have an approved LC and an approved 140. My employer has not filed for the 485. I am currently in my 6th year. He has applied for my 3 year extension. (I might even have received it, but haven't heard from him). Yesterday, I heard from other colleagues that my employer is being sued for frauds. Given my GC situation, what should I do ? I could stick around but I am not very sure about the stability of the company. I could change but I am not sure how to go about the H1 or GC ..

Any advice please ?

If the charges are from USCIS, you will not get your GC.
