H1 extension denied. Applied for appeals ..,

My H1 extension got denied. I have appealed the case. Can someone please tell me how the process of appeals works.

1Q. How much time does the AAO take between opening the case
(motion to reconsider) and the actual approval of the case?

2Q. If AAO finds the evidence or proof of documentation satisfactory will it approve the case immediately and send h1 ext or will it send it back to the service center for the actual H1 ext? How much time delay will be there between actual approval and sending the H1 extension?

I have very less time before my six years of H1 time expires. If I can get this extension then I can apply my 7th year H1 ext.

-------- You file the appeal to BCIS in yellow envelope that they sent you. You send to service center who denied the H1 and it goes to the same officer, the officer reads the explanation/ arguments or any new evidence from your lawyer if the officer feels that the H1 should be approved then he will approve it, if the officer does not agree with the arguments of you lawyer then the case will be sent to Washington DC and it can take 6-8 months

------ What are the reasons of H1 extension denial given by BCIS? If you post the reasons it will help to understand the case
 
Dont you have any LC filed by any employer for you that has been filed 365 days back? do you have any I-140 filed by any employer and approved for you in past? do your emplouer has any approved LC that matches your skills, education on the date of LC filling?
