Does anyone have any idea HOW TO DO H1 EXTENSION by my self?

I want to extend my H-1 by myself too. I am wondering if there is any instruction on web. I will do some search. If anyone can give us some advice, we are really appreciate.

AFAIK, H1 is done by the company, on behalf of the employee. So basically your company has to do your H1.
