H1 Extension and 140/485 filing

My PD becomes current on May First. (ROW EB3 03/2003)
I'm ready to file I-140 / I-485 concurrently on the first day (05/01/07).
My H1 6 year expires on 06/30/07.

Dilemma is:
1. Should I file I-129 for H1 extension right now based on LC filed 365 days ago and then on 05/01 file I-140 and I-485
or
2. Wait with H1 extension until filing for I-140 and I-485 and then file for H1 extension based on pending I-140 and I-485?

Any answer will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

Either way it does not make any difference.

I'm looking at the I-129 form right now and I can not find where to enter reason for extension after 6 years.
Should we just attach approved LC?

That should be sufficient. FYI - in my case H-1B extension was applied with evidence of pending LC, and was approved twice (7th and 8th year).

So there is nothing in the I-129 form to be filed in differently than for prior 3 years extension?

Thank You, manwithnoname
