1) How soon one can apply for H1 extention. As per I-129 instructions it is 4 months but I have heard from other friends as 60 days.
2) How long does it take to receive receipt (EAC#) from INS after sending an application. In case the EAC # is not received, can one still upgrade the application to premium processing. If yes, how to refer the case.
