H1 Expires on Sep 03 no EAD

HI Guy
My H1 expires on Sep 03 2003. I got the receipt notice for I485 and EAD but got a query for Photo ID for EAD Application. What would be my Status.
Can i work
Should i leave US

No need to leave the US, your status is AOS pending .did you sent Photo ID copy?

You may be able to get IEAD if 90 days have passed visit local BCIS office or talk to HR department so that they can pay you after you get EAD
What is your service center?
 
I got the RFE for a Photo ID, I sent but they are asking for Colour photo copy i am submitting the photids, Nebraska

Before September 3 apply for H1 renewal. That way you need have worry about your EAD. If you are renewing your H1 third time fees will just 130$.

I assume you know that If you do not have EAD or H1 then you can stay in this country as AOS but you cannot work .

I sent the Colour copies of my passport and Drivers License and the online message say they received them on Aug 28th. Can i go to the local ins office to get the EAD card???? or how long should i go on vaccation??

If your H1B is valid then you are fine, else you can go ahead and extend it right away.
If you try and do not get your IEAD then you will not be able to work in your company until your EAD is approved,
or 90 days are past and you get your EAD. But the above link gives hope.. go ahead and try it..

This what i see on the online Status check
On September 11, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
I have been taking vaccation from Sep 04 since my h1 expired on Sep03. I can take few more days but will lose the pay company won't compensate

Yes...
U can work since ur case has been approved.... The approval date on your EAD card will be Sept 11..... So u can starting working as of that date. Give ur EAC number(EAD receipt number) to your employer since that is this the number printed on your EAD card...u shud be fine...

Zipper: take the printout from BCIS site that shows your EAD approved that has your EAD receipt # on it, show both to Employer9 BCIS online print out and EAD filing reciept) if they ask
