I have a valid H1 and EAD from my company. I want use my EAD to do a part time job at a different company. Is that possible?

If my 2nd company also applies for H1 (transfer), will my current H1 get invalidated? I have applied for I-140 EB1-OR which is not yet approved.

Yes. Also, as soon as you use EAD, H1-B is gone.

Yes, if you apply it as a transfer.

Please note that you can keep two H1 from two diffrerent company at the same time.
 
U said H1 is gone once we use EAD , what about the new H1 , ?

If we get new H1 does that going to affect the processing of I-485 ?

Am thinking UR H1-B has already gone void because UR on EAD now...so it does not make any sense t me...pls send ur comments..if am missing something here

new question regarding EAD and H1

I am currently on H1, which ends in June. I will start a new job in August. During this gap period, I guess I have to use EAD, but if I have no job during these two months, how do I show that I am maintaining my legal status by using EAD?
Another question, once I used EAD, can my new employer apply an H1 for me?
I really need your comments!:confused: Thanks!
