Hi,
My H1 is going to expire in Feb 2006.I got my EAD and AP along when my 485 was filed. That EAD was expired on Jun 2005.I have never used that EAD and continued my H1 status.Please advice me on the following issues:
1) If I renew my EAD will it be a renewal or a fresh one?
2) My current status will be H1 or Pending adjustment of status?
