H1 Document Not Stamped ?

My Passport consists of the stamped H1 of my first employer “A” through which I came to this country. Then I moved to another company “B”.

I have the H1 and the H1 extension from “B” (the company which is pursuing my Green-card) The H1 from company “B” got expired after two and half years and they did the H1 Extension for me.

But neither the H1(which was the transfer to them) , nor H1 extension from company “B”, got stamped on my Passport. I just have it as approval paper form, which comes in mail, through INS as transfer of H1 or H1 extension document.

Please answer each of these questions?

1. Is it ok that way?
2. Is my status legal(without getting the H1 stamped)?
3. When I go for Green-Card stamping they don't object it (that the stamped visa is expired and the latest one's are not stamped on my passport) ?

Any further suggestions and guidance is welcome.

Please let me know.

1. Yes
2. yes. legal status
3. No issue when you go for GC stamping.

It is better to get the stamping if the first H1 expiry date is in the past.
