I have a question about my girlfreind's H1 interview in china. I need your advice.
I am now at I485 pending stage. Vermont center transferred my case to Boston local office and i haven't received interview notice from them.
I planned to go back to china to marry my girlfriend and her H1 visa was just approved here in US. She received the all the material and a notice from US consulate for interviewing in china.
Since we are going to marry at the same time as she is going to consulate to interview and i am not sure if the marriage status affect her approval by officer, anyone can give me advice on this issue?
