H1 Complex Question

Ok guys heres the deal. I graduated out of College (US) this Summer (Bachelors) and applied for H1 got approved through CompanyA .
Unforunately I want to join CompanyB.
The new company (CompanyB) is willing to go with H1 transfer....
Q1. When Can I initiate my transfer process ?(since technically visa starts from Oct 1 04) and I have Aug, Sept still 2 go...
-- I am on EAD right now
Q2. When can I join the CompanyB? (I am working for Company A right now)

u cannot start working for either co.s on H1 till Oct 1 but you can use ur Opt EAD to start woking for comapny B.

Now it is advised that you get atleast 2-3 paychecks with the original sponsor so that you can apply for a tranfer safely. so make ur decisions accordingly
