In 2020 my H1B got approved under consular processing and I received I-797B. As there is travel ban last year I couldn't travel to India for stamping. When I applied amendment recently(because of location and client change, employer didn't apply change of status) USCIS approved my change of status and sent I-797A. Even now i couldn't travel India for stamping because of lockdown, and pandemic situations and most of the visa slots are getting canceled. If USCIS realizes they did change of status in error or unknowingly, will there be any chances of revoking my H1 or status ? Please let me know. Thanks.
