H1 cap

Hi,
I'm currently in a H4 visa.If I apply for H1,will it come under the H1 cap or since I'm already in the US and hold H4 visa,it is not counted under h1 cap?

you will be come under H1 Cap 1000%. Apply H1 by Apr 2005 and start working from Oct 2005 under Year 2006 Quota.
