I have question regarding H1-tranfer.
Can I transfer my H1 to new company even if 65000 Cap over for 2004.

H-1B transfer does not come out of the yearly 65000 quota. Also as zipper mentioned you need to have maintained your status plus the new h-1b job should be valid.
