I am on OPT right now that ends in june.I am getting my h1 processed in april(premium processed-received in april and which is active from oct 1) and from the posts i conclude that I will not be able to work during the period of time between end of OPT and start of h1 that is october 1 2004.
1.Since I wont be able to work between the time period in between,I am afraid my employer might ask me to leave the job.If such a t hing happens,will my status h1 pending be revoked automatically?
*what will my status be in such a case?
*Will my b2 visa(that i apply to stay in status from june to sept) be revoked as well?
2.In april if i apply for a b2 visa to be on status between june and september and then get another job in say july,can I legally be able to "transfer" or do I have to apply for another h1?
3.If I need to apply for another h1 with the new job,will I come under the cap again?
