H1 Body Shopping

I work for a staffing company which is a Corporation and already has established its business. We now want to enter into H1 consulting. I wanted to know what are the requirements to start H1 body shopping? Do we need to register our company with USCIS?

There is no such requirement to register with USCIS. Also, do not tell USCIS that you want to do body shopping and do not have real projects. USCIS is trying hard to shutdown such shops or atleast deprive them of H1s. Contact any immigration lawyer (or even paralegal) and they will give you a list of documents you need to sponsor the H1.
