My brother is having a 3 year degree in hotel management and catering technology degree. And he is working in a 5 star restaurent in India. He got a offer from US Pizza shop which is owned by Indians. The employer is looking for some speciallized cook to introduce some Indian Pizza varieties. They are ready to process my brother's H1 B. The pizza shop is only 3 months old. Is it possible he will get the H1 visa? What are the documents he needs to take with him? If some one help me soon that will be great. Thanks
