I have a question that has been bugging me for the last few weeks.
I had a job two years ago that had filled for my H1-B visa. It was approved instantly. Then shirtly i decided to switch companies, and i got my H1-B transfered. They had issued and RFE, so i faught through that and again i got it approved. Now i am thinking of going to another company which really is of more interst to me. They are willing to do my H1-B, but what are the chances of them issuing me another RFE this time? Also this company is a start up, and Well basically i am the one who started this company, and i have been working in it using my H1-B from my previous company. But what are the chances that they can issue me an RFE on this again...ESPECIALLY looking at the current situation of how people are getting rejected in the H1-B applications.
