H1-B Xfer after 3 YRS Extension approval due to an approved I-140/retrogressed

Has anyone xferred/ported their H1-B after getting 3 yrs extension due to an approved I-140 and retrogression? If yes, what else can I carry over to the new employer aside from the PD?

If anyone knows the answer, please advice. I have asked my lawyer already, and he said that it is possible. But I would like to see if someone actually have already done this.
