H1 B Withdrawal by Employer

I have been working with Company A H1 for the last 6 months. I transferred my H1 to Company B (which is a customer of Company A).
Now I cant tell Company A that I transferred my H1 because then Company B will get after me.
So I told them that I am transferring my visa to H4 status as my spouse already have a valid H1.
Is there any way that Company A can know about this transfer or can they send any petition to UCIS to cancel or withdraw my earlier H1 petition?

Please help. Urgent.

------------ they CAN cancel the H1, but why are you worried if H1 for B is filed or approved???

Is there any way Company A will come to know that I have transferred my visa to Company B when they go for the cancellation?

-----no, only new company B lawyer/new employer know that H1 for you have been approved
when they go for the cancellation?
