H1 B visa

Dear Khanna:

I am a post-doc working on J-1 visa, recently i got the job and want
to change the status to H-1 visa, i already applied for my waiver and is
in the process approximately will take 3 months, with case number can i go for the H-1 visa premium processing with my new employer? due to the H-1 cap problem how can i join with new company with new visa?? H-1 visa tranfer from university to industry will come under cap??? other wise can I get a J-1 visa from a company as a trainee for some time?? please suggest me
