Hi,
i filed the H1B visa through a consultant on 27th sept 2004, waiting for the visa. currently i am on F1 STATUS,VALID UNTIL DEC 2005.few days back the consultant sent me mail stating that he is closing his organization and he is not in position to provide me the job.but he said that there is no problem to get the H1 visa.
i may get the visa in the next few days, after getting H1 visa if he wont provide me the pay slips then what i have to do to transfer to other company, can i become the out of status?
is there any way to cancel H1 before starting job, so i can maitain F1 status,
can i stop the H1 processing myself, because the consultant is not responding to this.
