H1-B Visa stamping.

Hi all

my F1 visa has expired last year in August.

Is it a must to get H1-B visa stamped before one year of expiration or can i get it stamped whenever i am out of the country.

can get it stamped whenever you go out of the country... Visa stamp is required only when you are coming back into US.
