One of my friend is now working from August 2005 on OPT, his H1 Started on Feb 15th 2006, he took an appointment for H1 b Stamping at Toronto,Canada on April 4 2006. He won't get three paychecks on H1 Stauts before April 4, but he is havein pay checks from last august on OPT Status so is that safe to go with out having atleast three Paychecks on H1 Status....or is it better to wait until he gets the three paychecks.
Please throw some suggestions.
