Hello Gurus, (Urgent Info and ur suggestions required asap......)

I am going to go to India in a couple of weeks. and planning to
get my H1-B extn visa from the US Consulate, Chennai..........

- What are my chances of getting visa rejected ?
- I am in the GC processing also.. Will they reject my visa for that?
- What do u think the current trend is going on ?

I do have clean records and documents.. Please share ur experiences
or views on this.. Thankyou in anticipation...

\'b H1 Drop box Eligibility, Chennai Consulate
The regulations on the US consulate, chennai site are ambiguous as to who is eligible for the new drop box facility?
This is the situation I am in:
1) Was on H4 and travelled to India and back
2) Transferred to F1 status and was issued an F1 visa in Canada
   valid till Jan-26th-2001
3) I am currently on my OPT (EAD), valid till June
4) H1 status, approved in Jan, 2001
and I need to go home in February, can I use the drop box facility in chennai consulate to get a \'imultiple entry H1 visa.
Please advise, thanks in advance.

H1B Stamping with GC in pending

I have be on H1 for 3 years and NOw i am going to India for stamping at chennai and my GC is in I140 stage. Please let me know your experiences

H1b CP experience at chennai

Joseedu - What was the outcome of your CP for the new h1b ? My situation is the same, i will most probably be asked to go for CP by INS for the new h1b that i have applied for.
