H1 B visa, papers are in Administration Process.

Hi All,

I had a H1-B visa rejection in year 2004 because of some confusion the counselor was not convinced about the credibility of my experience. Although i have all the information and holding a valid experience.

Second time I was for the H1-B visa interview in 2006 march. This time counselor took the copies of my degree certificates and offer letters of my employer and told me we will check for the credibility of these papers. As per there system i am not eligible for Visa because system shows that last time i tried on the fake experience.

It is almost a year now and still the Admin process is going on and i am not sure how much time it can take.

Is there somebody who can guide me on this. Is there any thing i need to do something on my side. How much time this process in general takes.

It will be a great help if somebody can reply.

It took 6 months for someone in the same shoes to get H1 visa, but he did finally get it. If you have worked in some major IT company it should not take that much time though.
