H1-B visa applications limit reached: US

Hi,

My attorney had mailed the documents for my Premium H1 on last tuesday 10th Feb. What are the chances for my H1? Anybody has any idea abt it.

H1b cap, H1b transfer..

Here's a case: H1b Laid off 30 days back, has 2 offers in hand now, cap has now been reached.

H1b transfer(s) can mostly be filed by the 35(th) day since layoff.. what are the chances that the transfer in whole will be approved (this is in CA).. will the USCIS be considerate of the fact that if they treat it as a new H1b, then its a big problem since the cap has already been reached?..

please respond at the earliest,...

The only way out is to apply this as H1 transfer (now! today!!) rather than twiddling the thumbs.
