I have filed for transfer of my H1 and it is under process for over 10 months now. I changed to Premium 2 months ago and when my company checked with the INS, they said they are waiting for 'secuity clearance' to come through. Has anybody faced similar situation, if yes how long does it take for cases like this?
Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
