H1 B Two Approvals (Jaxen/Jim)

Hi All,

I'm currently working for Company A and also have H1B transfer appoved from Company B.

Is it mandatory that I definitely have to work for Company B.

If so,how soon do I have to start working?

Please advice.

Hi Jaxen,

Thanks for your reply.But I started woking for companyB exactly 11 months after my H1 transfer approval date.

I also got H1B visa revalidation with CompanyB recently.

Please advice.Is there any risk involved in here.I'malso thinking of visiting India and bring my wife along with me.

Does it ceate any problem for me or my wife's H4 approval at any point.
