H1-B, Travelling abroad and Company acquisition.

Hi,

I am planning to make a trip outside the US from Feb 1st, 2004 to Feb 15, 2004.

My H1-B visa with Company A has recently been extended till October 1st, 2005. My entry visa on passport also has been approved till February 19, 2004. However, Company A has just been acquired by Company B on December 12, 2003.

As I understand, I should still be able to travel with my current Company A H1-B and entry visa (mentioned above). Is this correct?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks Jaxen! I was really hoping to see a "yes". :-)

Do you know of any literature from INS that addresses this type of situation? If so, I am thinking of keeping a copy with me in case I need to explain why I can at the port of entry.
