Plzz help me with this issue. I'm currently in company A & got my visa transferred to company B but due to personal reasons i cannot join company B.
1) Can i stay with company A
2) Will company A come to know that my visa was tranferred to B.
3) Can company B take some legal action or force me to join them?
4) Now if i'm with company A with my visa transferred to B can I go to india for a trip and come back for company A.

1) No. Your authorization to work for A has ended.
2) Yes, if they ask USCIS.
3) Check the contract you signed. At the very least they can cancel your H1B.
4) You are out of status at the moment since you are not work for B as required to maintain your status. You probably need to apply for a new petition from A and a new stamp to reset your petition to A (since transfers would be denied at this point as you are out of status).

Suggest me

Hi,
THanks for your reply.
Currently i have received receipt and i think by june end my visa transfer will complete.
So till what date i can stick with my current company A.
Is there any rule which says that once visa transfered I need to leave the company and
join the transfered company (B)

Please help me. It is very urgent.

Starting with the receipt you are expected to work for B. If you want to go back to A talk to them about it and withdraw the transfer.

Help Me

If i have to join Company B, After transfer of my visa how many days i can be there in the current company A, is it like immediately i join to company B or I can wait 3 months to join company B.

This answer really helps me in deciding to join Company B ot talk to company B and stop visa transfer.

What is the start date mentioned in the approval notice for employer B? Is the employer A's visa is stamped on your passport? In that case, I would travel out of the US and obtain a new I-94 based on the employer A's approval notice.
